Booking fees and cancellation policy.

A booking fee is required upon booking, this secures your appointment time and is redeemable against the value of your treatment, with the balance required at the end of your appointment. At least 24 hours notice is required for any alterations to times & services, or in the event of cancellation. If a cancellation or reschedule is required and is before the notice period, the booking fee will be refunded / moved to the next appointment. No refunds can be issued in the event of not showing for the apointment, or in late cancellation (within 24 hours)
